White dry wine characterized by a deep hay yellow color and a proof of 12.5% Alc. It has an intense floral perfume, with an agreeable scent of golden apple and yellow flowers notes. It tastes warm, rightly tasty, with a good structure and nicely acid. These characteristics make the Pinot Grigio of the BOSCO ALBANO ESTATE a wine of character with an excellent gustative persistence, which eventually evolves towards more complex tone of ripe fruit, also for 18-24 months if preserved in its bottle. Perfect as aperitif, ideal also at table coupled with starter shellfish based, first course fish based and second course of grilled fishes or white meat.
