Notes: The wine “Dragone” comes from the selection of the best grapes of a territory special for position, history and tradition, where our vineyards open the view on two different seas, mirror of the Mediterranean Sea.
Wine-making technique: The grapes are handpicked when perfectly ripe. Then they are softly pressed and lightly macerated. The must is cleared and the fermentation starts at the temperature of 16-18° C.
Tasting notes: Bright rosy shades, fruit and flowers bouquet. Young, fragrant and well structured taste.
